Need to Submit a Work Order?
You have several options at Schoenrock Rental Management.
Option 1: Submit Through the Resident Portal
The easiest and fastest way to request maintenance is through your Resident Portal.
Log in or activate your account here.
Once logged in:
- Select “Create a Request” on your dashboard
- Choose “Maintenance Request”
- Describe the issue and submit
Your request is entered directly into our system, where you can track notes, updates, and completion status.
Note: The portal app is also available for both Android and iPhone/iPad users.
Option 2: Call the Office
Prefer to speak with someone? Call 785-762-5488 between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, and our staff will enter the request for you.
Option 3: Text Message
If you’ve opted in to text messaging, you can send a message with your maintenance details. We’ll enter it into the system during office hours.
Note: Text messages are monitored only during office hours.
Option 4: After-Hours Emergencies
For serious issues outside business hours—such as flooding, heating or cooling failure in extreme temperatures, electrical hazards, or unsecure entry points—please call our after-hours emergency line at (610) 813-2008.
